VSI Tampa Bay FC accept formal requests for players, coaches or representatives to make an appearance in the community. Due to the large number of requests the team receives on a daily basis, VSI is only able to accept a limited number of requests per month. VSI carefully evaluates each request consistent with our policies and procedures to determine availability within the framework of our year-round schedule. Requests are reviewed and confirmation is provided for appearances we are able to fulfill.

Due to the limited number of appearance opportunities available and the tremendous volume of requests received, it is not possible to fulfill each and every request. To assist us in scheduling appearances, we ask you to submit appearance requests no later than six weeks prior to the event.
